Verifying that a message is genuine. All mail from atfacertification.com is cryptographically signed and published with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records. A message that fails those checks did not come from ATFA, regardless of what the sender name says.
What to expect
Submissions are acknowledged and enter the review queue. Items matching an already-tiered provider are processed administratively. Items raising a new question wait for the next ratification, which happens at least quarterly and can happen between meetings when something is time-sensitive.
